Eleventh Expiration

So who got some awesome stuff back?! Check it out -- My mage robes! Wow, it feels good to finally get to wear something normal. Or well. Something way cooler than stupid Relm's clothes, anyway. If I'd only gotten them back before Halloween, I definitely could've spared you a lot of time making a costume, Mia.

It looks like everything turned out fine after all, so it's a good thing we all voted when we did. I checked around outside and the weather looks the way it always did before this stuff happened. And even the plants in the yard have recovered; the house has been totally repaired even though the ceiling was starting to melt through. I heard this was called acid rain -- It sounds like a cool spell to learn, but I don't know what you guys do to your worlds to make this stuff happen naturally.

Anyway, I'm hungry. You promised pancakes the morning after everything was over, Canada, but I'm kinda bored of waiting for you to wake up. I'm just gonna make some eggs and hot chocolate. Fresh milk's just been dropped off.

((Because it's Palom's fault that his house is getting poisoned milk, it's only fair that he suffers the consequences, right? Unless someone warns him in the first three comments posted, he'll be ingesting poison. If that happens, this entry will receive an edit and all comments afterward should be in response to it.))

I shielded myself with fire. I can take care of myself, Mia!

That's right! Stupid Relm and her stupid hobo outfit. These are the traditional robes of the Mysidian mages. It's a symbol of my status as a great prodigy!

I just wanted to be sure.

I see! They really demand your attention.

Exactly! The cape is probably the best part of the whole deal. Now if I can just get my Rod back, I'll be almost totally back to normal.

Capes are an excellent sign of a hero.

What does your rod do?

[identity profile] prodigious-mage.livejournal.com 2009-11-17 03:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Huh? It doesn't do much, but it's the other mark of a Mysidian mage. I can shoot arrows at people with it, though.

[identity profile] bustydefense.livejournal.com 2009-11-17 05:02 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, I see. I guess it doesn't get in the way when you're fighting bad guys, huh?

[identity profile] prodigious-mage.livejournal.com 2009-11-18 03:31 am (UTC)(link)
What, the Rod? Nah, I use it to hit people. It hurts pretty bad, too.

[identity profile] bustydefense.livejournal.com 2009-11-18 04:58 pm (UTC)(link)
Hahaha! It's dirty, but hit at the knees if you have to.

[identity profile] prodigious-mage.livejournal.com 2009-11-18 10:06 pm (UTC)(link)
I was thinking a little higher.

[identity profile] bustydefense.livejournal.com 2009-11-18 10:12 pm (UTC)(link)
Hahaha! That too. But if you hit hard enough, you can break a knee. That's only if you really have to, though.

[identity profile] prodigious-mage.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 05:10 am (UTC)(link)
Hmm . . . I'll keep that in mind. Thanks! I think I'd rather just light them on fire, though.

[identity profile] bustydefense.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 06:06 am (UTC)(link)
Ahaha. I suppose that would work too.
